Bowen Therapy
Bowen therapists are specialists in dealing with pain management. Bowen uses gentle rolling movements over the soft tissue to create a signal to the brain. This, in turn, stimulates the body's natural ability to heal.
It is a non-intrusive approach with no harsh manipulation, that aids the body in being pain-free.
ANATOMICAL UNDERSTANDING OF THE BOWEN TECHNIQUE
In simplistic terms, the body is made of connective tissue. Each part is attached to and influences another. For example, your shoulder injury may be creating pain in your hips.
"When you touch one thing with deep awareness,
you touch everything."
